This link (My Beautiful America) was sent to one of the online piano teachers’ forums I belong to, and I just had to share.
You know, with the Iowa caucuses coming up and this being an election year, we’re going to be reminded again of our differences. The news media will play up the political divisiveness of our nation, and the candidates will have their fair share of mudslinging on hot political topics.
And though it’s somewhat necessary, that whole process saddens me. Hopefully as you watch this video, you’ll be reminded once again what a beautiful country we have. How rich our palette of nature. How diverse our landscape. How awesome God’s creation is. And how truly, wonderfully blessed we are to live in this land with all its beauty and freedom. Enjoy. (and remember to vote early…and Republican , er often)
