Yep, last night it was Dolly Parton’s turn to be spotlighted as an American Idol Icon/Mentor. An unusual choice, as her style of music is generally considered more Country/Western and not as much Pop – but I do recognize that several of her songs made it onto the pop charts and she is one of the most enduring music legends in the business today.
By now, you can probably guess my predictions. So, in an effort not to be boring or predictable, I offer the same bottom three…but with brand-new pictures!! So enjoy, my dear friends, and have fun laughing at me when I end up way off base. You just watch, though, one of these weeks, I’m gonna be RIGHT!
Meh. He can’t interview, can’t dance, can’t really perform without that guitar, and can’t control his face when he sings. I like the guy, just don’t see him as Idol material.
Ay ay ay. *shakes head* She just doesn’t GET IT. The compliment Dolly paid her about her mother being proud…and Kristy misses the whole point. For sheer stupidity, I hope she’s gone tonight.
Poor Ramiele. She has never seemed comfortable in this big spotlight. She showed so much potential, but her star is fading, and fading quickly. Enjoy the glow, Ramiele, it won’t last much longer.
And so who is gone tonight? Based on my track record, it’s best not to put too much stock in anything I say, but my guess is Ramiele.
