My husband rocks! Really.
Yesterday I used a gift certificate he had given me for a spa day at In Touch Therapy & Massage in Allen. He purchased the Tropical Escape which included a 1-hour Margarita body wrap (smells great – but don’t drink it!) and a 1-hour Key West hydrating full-body massage. For 2 hours I lay like a zombie while I had my skin exfoliated from head to toe, then smoothed with honey, and then massaged.
The spa, despite being in a nondescript strip shopping center, was really quite nice. Well-appointed, quiet, and obviously carefully maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they really took care to make sure I was comfortable all the way through. After the exfoliation/wrap was complete I took a nice hot shower before the massage. It was lovely.
All too soon, however, it was over and I was back to reality…laundry, cleaning house, decorating for Christmas, planning class Christmas parties and Cub Scout outings…I think I need another spa treatment today!
I may just go ahead and get you another one. This last one took a while for you to use! 😀
